a. KITCHEN Fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, gas oven and hob (gas supplied) with extractor fan, dishwasher and ample store cupboards. Large American style fridge. Dining for up to 8 people.Enough china, cutlery and glassware for 12 people.
b. From rear of kitchen area open door way leading to: BATHROOM and LAUNDRY Power shower, flush WC, basin, (Closed cupboard housing washing machine and tumble dryer)
c. BEDROOM 1: Double room with window door to courtyard. BEDROOM 2: Twin beds with window to courtyard.
d. DINING AREA Table for 8/10 with large sliding doors/windows to courtyard area.
e. LIVING AREA Two sofas, coffee table. Another large set of sliding doors/window to courtyard area. TV as DVD player, CD player.Wood burning stove (Wood supplied)
3. Mezzanine level:
a. BEDROOM 3 Large roof area with two velux windows. King size bed and Cot for a child 1-3 years.
b. Door onto: BATHROOM Bath with shower attachment, basin and flush WC.
c. Connecting door onto: DRESSING ROOM/BABIES BEDROOM With day bed and wardrobe area. The day bed is ideal for a young child who prefers to be near their parents.
4. OUTSIDE:
a. Central courtyard laid to lawn, lavender and daisies.
b. Heated swimming pool measuring 15ft by 30ft.
c. Full sized fenced all weather tennis court.
d. Individual barbecue with all the necessary equipment apart from charcoal which is readily available from various nearby supermarkets. There is ample patio furniture at both houses.

5. All bed linen and towels are supplied without charge. Clean linen is supplied at the end of each week during your holiday.
6. Both houses are heated by electric radiators over which you have complete control and there is no additional charge
